4 Final Sale: Items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
What Qualifies as “Damaged”?
– Structural Damage: Broken parts, cracks, or non-functional components caused during shipping.
– Manufacturing Defects: Flaws affecting usability (e.g., missing pieces, factory errors).
– Severe Cosmetic Damage: Major scratches, dents, or tears visible upon unboxing (minor wear during transit does not qualify).
– Incorrect/Missing Items: Received the wrong product or missing parts from a bundled order.
